Job Description:
- We require a therapist with NVQ level 3 beauty or equivalent. The role is hands on performing various treatments, as well as helping manage the Spa, such as; organising staff rota’s, reordering beauty products, helping ensure our health and safety paperwork is kept up to date, liaising with our marketing team to have input on advertising and marketing etc.
- The Spa is open 9am till 6 pm and you will be working 5 days a week, which will include some weekends.
- Further training and development potential to enhance your qualification further to level 4 beauty or specialist applications if you wish to progress your career further.

Its an exciting time to join Lime Tree Spa at The 4* Milford Hall Hotel in central Salisbury! With our new owners and a plan for success, we’re looking for a Spa therapist to work hours as required, around 20-30 per week, including weekends and occasional evening work.
You will join our experienced team of therapists, treating our clients with massage and facials, these qualifications are essential. Tinting, waxing, lash lift, brow lamination, threading, manicures, pedicures and gel polish are an advantage. You must hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Beauty, have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy working in a team. Full Job Description
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Ensure that guests are seated and provided with menus promptly
- Ensure that all guests’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and exceptional service is delivered to guests at all times
- Familiarise yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverage offering available in order to answer any questions guests may have
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately
- Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
- Set up, clear promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner
- Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures
- Prepare all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner requirements as necessary
- Assist in the setup and preparation, and provide service duties for functions as required
- Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are well maintained at all times
- Any other duties as directed by the Manager or other member of the management team

Job description
- Assistant Manager required to help manage the Milford Hall Hotel & Spa, a 4 star property in central Salisbury.
- The successful candidate, will have knowledge of all departments in the hotel and in particular have extensive experience in the Food and Beverage department.
- You possess great staff management skills, have a thirst for bringing on and training junior members of the team, and a need to impress our guests by exceeding their expectations.
- You will be reporting directly to the Hotel Deputy General Manager, working a mixture of early, late and straight day shifts.
